Top Clean Wäscherei in Lohberg has been serving customers across hospitality, healthcare and industry for decades. As the business continued to grow, so did the need for more production capacity. The challenge was clear: expand the operation without expanding the building.
At the same time, daily production had to continue. Stopping the laundry simply wasn’t an option.

The challenge

Increasing capacity while keeping production running requires more than new equipment. It demands detailed planning, tight coordination and complete control over every step of the project.

For Top Clean, the priority was clear:

Keep production running throughout the project
Minimize disruption for employees and customers
Maximize capacity within the existing facility

The solution

WSP developed a complete Laundry Blueprint: a detailed roadmap covering layout, logistics, process design and implementation.

Every phase was carefully planned before installation started. Hardware suppliers, contractors and internal teams worked from one integrated project plan, coordinated by WSP. This approach allowed the new installation to be implemented while the laundry remained fully operational.

The facility includes:

Sorting station
Bag rail systems
Conveyors, including cake breaker
Dryer feeders
Ironer feeders
Controls integrated in WinWash®
Performance monitoring with Laundry Dashboard®

All systems were integrated through WinWash, creating one central platform for operational control, logistics and production management.
