WSP is a privately owned family business founded in 1993 by Maarten Ploeg. His personal and hands-on leadership style has shaped the company from the beginning and continues to influence how we work today.

WinWash® is WSP’s software platform for industrial laundries. It connects machines, processes and people into one integrated system, giving operators complete control over production, logistics and performance.

What does WinWash® do?

WinWash® monitors, controls and optimizes your laundry operation in real time. It collects data from machines and systems across the facility, providing insight into production, efficiency, machine performance and process flow, all from a single platform. The result: your laundry on autopilot.

What is Laundry Dashboard® and what does it do?

Laundry Dashboard® is WSP’s performance monitoring software for industrial laundries. It transforms operational data into clear dashboards and reports, helping managers monitor KPIs, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. It helps reducing downtime, reaching sustainability goals and team spirit.

Can WSP software integrate with existing systems?

Yes. WinWash® is brand-independent and designed to integrate seamlessly with existing machines, automation systems and third-party software. The same applies to Laundry Dashboard®. Brand independence is part of WSP’s DNA, allowing us to connect technologies from different suppliers into one unified operation.

Can I access real-time production data?

Yes. Both WinWash® and Laundry Dashboard® provide real-time access to operational data, giving you instant insight into production performance, machine status, bottlenecks and key performance indicators.

Is the software cloud-based?

Yes. WSP software is cloud-based, allowing secure access from anywhere. At the same time, the system remains connected to your local network, ensuring your operation continues to run even if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable.

How are software updates managed?

WSP regularly releases software updates to improve functionality, security and performance. Updates are managed by our team and implemented with minimal disruption, ensuring your software remains secure, up to date and ready for future developments.

WSP hardware is engineered to last. We carefully select durable materials and proven components, which is why many laundries still use WSP hardware installed more than 20 years ago. Combined with our brand-independent approach, this creates reliable, future-proof solutions that integrate seamlessly with the rest of your operation.

Can you integrate existing equipment?

Yes. WSP hardware is designed to integrate seamlessly with both new and existing laundry equipment, regardless of manufacturer. Our systems can communicate with virtually all types of washers, dryers, ironers, folding machines and other laundry equipment, allowing you to automate and optimize your operation without replacing functioning machines. We can also modernize outdated machine controls, extending equipment lifespan and improving performance while protecting your existing investment.

Do I need to replace my current sorting system?

Not necessarily. In many cases, we can integrate existing sorting systems into a modern automation platform. We always evaluate your current setup first and recommend the most preferred path forward, considering your situation.

How does WSP guarantee a smooth installation and implementation of projects?

Will production stop during implementation?

That’s not always the case. Many projects can be implemented while production continues. We carefully plan installations to minimize disruption and downtime. For example, at Top Clean Wäscherei in Lohberg, we completed a major expansion project that doubled production capacity while the laundry remained operational.

How does WSP coordinate other suppliers?

As the system integrator, WSP acts as the central point of contact. We coordinate machine suppliers, contractors, software providers and operational teams to ensure every component works together and every stakeholder stays aligned.

How is training provided?

Training is provided by experienced WSP consultants. We understand that any change in a laundry operation requires a strong onboarding process. That’s why we combine hands-on training, clear documentation and practical guidance to help operators, supervisors and technical teams quickly adopt new systems and work with confidence from day one.

How does WSP ensure a smooth go-live?

This varies from project to project. Ask your Area Sales Manager to get information about that.

What is myWSP?

myWSP is WSP’s online customer portal. It gives you access to support, documentation, maintenance information, spare parts ordering and service requests, all in one central platform.

How can I order spare parts?

Spare parts can be ordered directly through myWSP. Because all your systems are registered in the platform, it is easy to identify the correct parts, place orders and keep your operation running at peak performance.

How is maintenance organised for my systems?

WSP systems are designed for durability and typically require minimal maintenance. However, some components naturally wear over time. Through myWSP, you can manage maintenance activities, order replacement parts and access support whenever needed.

Can support be provided remotely?

Yes. In fact, remote support is often the fastest and most efficient solution. Our specialists can securely access systems, diagnose issues and provide assistance without the need for an on-site visit in many cases.

Do you offer preventive maintenance?

Yes. Preventive maintenance is an important part of minimizing downtime and extending system lifespan. Through continuous monitoring, scheduled inspections and proactive support, we help identify potential issues before they affect production.

How do you ensure minimum downtime?

Minimizing downtime starts with prevention. We combine durable hardware, preventive maintenance, continuous system monitoring and responsive support to keep operations running reliably. When issues do occur, our specialists act quickly to restore performance and limit disruption.
